PLC Programming (Ladder Logic)

Postby Savage///Circuits » Sat Mar 20, 2021 2:29 pm

I didn't see a forum for this, so asking here...anyone on here (active) ever program PLCs? In my current job I work with them all day and decided to better familiarize myself with them, so I bought a CLICK PLC from Automation Direct and have been playing with it for a while. Just wondering if anyone else had any interest or experience they wanted to share.

I was just more or less wondering if anyone else was using ladder logic in PLCs. I am just doing some minor stuff right now. But may be looking at a future job change, so trying to maximize my value.

Never heard of ladder logic before. Good luck on the possible job change.

Here's a page that explains Ladder Logic: https://www.solisplc.com/tutorials/how- ... dder-logic

I don't have a job lined up. But in the past I converted ladder logic to microcontroller programming. It might open up my options to actually program in it. I have done some programming on the CLICK PLC.
